Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Ratatui account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens when you do.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Ratatui and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap “Delete Account.”
- Confirm. Your account is disabled immediately and all mobile sessions are revoked.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account disables your profile, revokes your sign-in sessions, and removes or de-identifies your tracking data — medications, dose records, injection sites, weight, height/BMI, optional dose notes, and messages. Any care-team connections you created are revoked, so clinicians lose access.
If you can't access the app
Email hi@ratatui.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and complete deletion within 30 days.
What we may retain
For legal, security, and HIPAA audit-log obligations, we may retain a limited, de-identified record of account and access events. This retained information cannot be used to reconstruct your health tracking history.
