Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
By creating an account or using Ratatui, you agree to these terms.
Personal tracking tool
Ratatui is provided for personal tracking and organization. It is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, or an emergency service.
No medical advice
Dose logs, reminders, alerts, and summaries are not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any medication or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ratatui.
Accounts & roles
- Patient accounts let you track your own protocol.
- Clinician accounts can monitor a panel of patients who have connected and granted consent. Covered-clinic monitoring and billing features activate once a Business Associate Agreement is countersigned.
- The current iOS app supports patient and clinician accounts. Patient sharing is consent-based and limited to categories the patient chooses.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for who you invite to your care team.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratatui is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any estimate or summary it produces.
Termination & deletion
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app; see the account & data deletion page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Questions? Email hi@ratatui.ai.
